With the excitement of St. Patrick’s Day around the corner we made this really yummy and different green shake. It doesn’t have spinach like most of them. It’s tastes more like a grasshopper milkshake if you ask me.

Green Shake

Green Shake

1 cup any kind of milk. Almond milk, coconut milk, regular milk (whatever you have)
½ avocado
½-1 tsp vanilla
1 handful of peppermint leaves (about 20 leaves)
2 tbsp. Honey
1 cup ice

1-Wash hands and clean the area.
2-Get a blender and put all the ingredients in.
3-Blend for 30 seconds or until it’s all mixed together.
4-Add more honey if it’s not sweet enough, add more peppermint leaves if not minty enough, add more ice if it’s not frothy enough, or milk if it’s too thick and not mixing well.
5-Pour into a large cup or several small ones to share.
6-Clean up.
