Apples are so good by themselves but sometimes it’s nice to eat them with some dip. This is a quick and easy dip that makes eating apples a little more fun.

This recipe is pretty basic but you can add your own things to change it up a bit. We added toffee bits, chocolate chips, and cinnamon.

My kids favorite ended up being the plain one. I liked toffee bits. Experiment and see what apple dip you like the best.

It’s super easy to make. Just add the cream cheese, brown sugar, and vanilla to a bowl and mix it up.

Scrape the sides and mix it again to make sure it’s mixed really well and it’s smooth. If you are using full fat cream cheese then you’ll want to soften the cream cheese for at least an hour. I like to use the 1/3 less fat stuff because it’s already soft.

Use this amazing apple slicer and corer to cut your apples and you are ready to eat your amazing dip.

I just cut up 2 apples for my kids with a bowl of dip and they ate it all in less than 5 minutes and asked for more. This is definitely kid approved.

Apple Dip

8 oz cream cheese (⅓ less fat)
½ cup brown sugar
1 tsp. Vanilla extract
Apples for dipping

1-Make sure you have all your ingredients and clean your work area.
2-If you aren’t using ⅓ less fat cream cheese, let it sit out and soften for about an hour.
3-Mix the cream cheese, brown sugar, and vanilla in a bowl using a hand mixer.
4-Make your own variation of the dip. You can add 1 tsp. Cinnamon, ¼ cup toffee bits, ¼ cup mini chocolate chips, or whatever else you think would be yummy.
4-Cut your apples using my favorite apple slicer and dip your apples in the dip. Make sure you don’t double dip.
5-Eat, Share, Enjoy!!!
