Banana Roll-Ups

I’ve seen Banana Roll-Ups on pinterest over the years but they always sounded gross to me. My sister-in-law told me that her kids have been eating them like crazy at her house and love them. I figured I’d give it a try since I usually have all the ingredients on hand.

I think the thing that made the difference to me was the granola. I love the little crunch that the granola brings and the sweetness from the banana and honey.

It’s super easy for the kids to make and it’s filling. My kids want food all day long but they don’t always make the best choices. This is sweet, crunchy, and HEALTHY!

Once you slice it, it’s easy to share too. My sister-in-law actually likes to add a little chocolate chip on the top of every slice but that’s up to you.

They may not look pretty or delicious. They are made by kids after all. They are still worth a try.
