We’re going to take a little break from cookies and work on a few other projects, like this yummy 3-Ingredient Fruit Dip. We’ve had a few requests for some more healthy foods so here you go.
While this dip isn’t necessarily healthy, we sure ate a lot of fruit because of it. Within 1 hour, this whole platter was empty, and it was just us. We had a lot of dip left too. That does not mean that the dip was bad or that they didn’t like it. It’s just means that they ate the fruit with less dip. They weren’t eating as much dip as fruit.
Every day since, the kids have been asking me to make a fruit snack like the other day. They simply love fruit. The colors are magical and bright and it’s all naturally sweet.
It really doesn’t take much of the dip to liven up the fruit. It’s a very rich and creamy dip.
Simply add the marshmallow cream, cream cheese, and powdered sugar to a medium size mixing bowl and mix it. That’s it!
Wash and cut the fruit and you’ve got a beautiful spread of healthiness and goodness.
