Scrambled Eggs

Scrambled Eggs are called “Cheesy Eggs” at our house. It was my way of making eggs sound more appealing to my kids. I love when they want eggs for breakfast because it fills their tummies up for longer and it’s not sugar. I totally notice a difference in their attitude and behavior when they’ve had a sugary breakfast.

These eggs are not hard to make and they don’t take that long either. Bonus if the kids can make it themselves. That’s why we are here and why we are making these videos.

It’s always fun to add the fun Toast from one of our earlier videos. Don’t forget to add the Bacon.

Our favorite is to have scrambled eggs for dinner. My kids love breakfast for dinner but that doesn’t always have to include pancakes. Whip up some scrambled eggs, bacon, add some fruit and Orange Juice and Bam! Last minute dinner will be done in no time.

One thing I do like to do is add the eggs to my Magic Bullet to mix it really good. I like it mixed really well and I like to add my seasonings and milk to it at that point too. The milk makes it lighter and fluffier but it isn’t completely necessary if you can’t have milk.

Scrambled Eggs

3 Eggs
1 Tbsp. Milk
Salt To Taste (I like to use Season Salt)
2-3 Tbsp. Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Butter or Cooking Spray

1-Make sure you have all your ingredients and clean your work area.
2-Crack your eggs into a Magic Bullet or just a bowl and mix it well with the milk and Season Salt. If you don’t have season salt, you can just add salt and whatever other seasonings you would like. Some of my favorites are salt, pepper, granulated onions, and granulated garlic.
3-Heat a small frying pan on a medium-high heat. Add some cooking spray or butter and pour the eggs in the hot pan.
4-Using a rubber spatula, slowly work from the outside of the pan toward the middle and go around the pan until all the eggs are cooked.
5-Add cheese when the eggs are almost done or wait until they are completely done. It’s all on how your prefer it.
6-Make some toast with a fun shape from our toast video and add some bacon from our bacon video. Or just eat it by itself.
7-Clean up mess.
8-Eat, Share, Enjoy!!!
