My kids love pesto.
We usually add some fresh mozzarella and fresh tomatoes but this was a fun twist for St. Patrick’s day.

This is all you need. Pretty simple right? Even the kids can do it.

Tortellini Pesto Ingredients

It doesn’t even take much to cook the tortellini. Just wait for the tortellini to float to the top and let them sit there for a few minutes. Make sure to read the instructions on the package you buy because they are all a little different.
