Do you want to know a little secret about me? No? Well, I’m going to tell you anyway.

I lllllooooovvveeee popcorn. It’s really sad how much I love popcorn. I love the crunch in my mouth and I could literally eat it every day. I actually do eat it almost every day.

Valentines

Any chance I can get to find new ways to eat popcorn I will take. With any special occasion, you can find a fun way to make this popcorn. It happened to be Valentine’s Day so we added Valentine’s Candy. If it were Halloween, I would add Reese’s Pieces and candy corns. Whatever the holiday, add that color of candy and that’s all.

Valentine's Popcorn

Here’s how you make it. Watch the video and follow along.

Valentine Popcorn:
12 cups popped popcorn (about ¼ cup kernels)
1 ½ cups Valentine Candy
2 cups White Chocolate

1-Wash hands and make sure your working area is clean.
2-Pop the popcorn into a large bowl. You want so sift through it to make sure there are no kernels.
3-Melt your white chocolate for 30 seconds at a time until it’s all melted.
4-Pour the melted chocolate over the popcorn.
5-Dump in your Valentine’s candy in the bowl.
6-Mix it all together.
7-Dump it out onto parchment paper or a silicone sheet and spread it all around.
8-Let it cool and dry for about 30 minutes.
9-While it cools, clean up your mess.
10-Break apart and eat or put in bags or cups to give to friends or family.
11-Eat, Share, Enjoy!!!

Note: We used M&M’s, Candy Corns, and Message Hearts. The Message Hearts were really hard
to bite with the softer popcorn so I don’t think I would do that again.
Our favorite was the M&M’s.

*If you can hold off on eating all this popcorn, I suggest waiting until the day after to eat it. It tastes a lot better. I promise.
