Yogurt Melts

These Yogurt  Melts are, by far, the easiest thing we’ve made here on HalfPint Cooking. I didn’t expect them to be as good as they were either. I even had to make more for the pictures because the we had eaten all of the ones we did in the video. We would all just open the freezer and pop a couple into our mouths. It’s such a refreshing little snack that we can feel good about.

1-Set out a sheet pan with a silicone sheet or parchment sheet.
2-Scoop some yogurt into a sandwich size ziplock bag.
3-Cut one corner of the bag causing a little hole for the yogurt to come out.
4-Carefully squeeze the yogurt our onto the silicone sheet in little dots. Be careful to stop squeezing when you pull up.
5-Make as many dots as you can with the yogurt in the bag. If you want to make more, add more to the bag.
6-If you have a lid for your pan, you’ll want to put that on the pan.
7-Stick in the freezer for 2+ hours. After they have completely frozen, you can put them in airtight container.
